Looks like you're finding out some answer...Yep. Looks like you're finding out some answers. The sugar dump always seems to mess me up as well. Weird how you get used to a new 'normal' of not putting crap in your body. Then when you do, all hell breaks loose. And it takes a week to get back on track when it was only a one night stand with a bunny (or bag of bunnies). Guess learning is a part of the process here.
